We are ashamed because the media gives us the ideal look of how we NEED to look. We grow insecure. To us, our NORMAL bodies are seen as a horrible curse. We will never be happy unless the media stop or we take a good look at ourselves and say, “hey, I’m perfect the way I am. Nobody needs to say otherwise.”
